The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America has acquired the domain name WealthSteps.com from HugeDomains.com. The domain had a $2,695 purchase price. The domain has been registered since 2011. NetNames assisted the company in April 2016 to acquire the domain.
Allergan, Inc. has taken ownership of Earfold.com. The domain was owned by Northwood Innovation LTD of the UK and the domain is developed and offering a “simple and effective treatment for the correction of prominent ears”. Allergan announced in November 2015 they were acquiring the company.
Apple Inc. has taken ownership of Faceshift.com, a company they acquired in November 2015.
Superzebras GmbH has acquired SaveYourLife.com out of the GoDaddy/NameFind portfolio for an undisclosed amount.
Credit Risk Management Analytics has acquired its acronym CRMA.com out of the GoDaddy/NameFind portfolio. This was a five figure transaction, potentially approaching mid five figures based on prior minimum offer amount. This is a big domain upgrade from the companies main domain it’s using, CreditRiskMgt.com
GoDaddy/NameFind also sold SPDD.com and SRST.com into the Chinese market via GoldenName.com.
Belnick Inc. continued its generic domain name buying and acquired FoldingTables.com for $4,800. The company acquired FoldingChairs.com from domain name aftermarket service Sedo for $9,500 at the same Great Domains auction.
BattleBreakers.com has been acquired by a currently unknown MarkMonitor client. The domain was owned by Privateer Press prior and registered at GoDaddy since 2011. Epic Games filed for a trademark on Battle Breakers in June 2016. They are the likely buyer.
Verizon Trademark Services LLC has acquired WeNeedMore.com, a domain name that was owned by Summit Funding and has been registered since 2004.
