RightOfTheDot.com is running the premium domain auction at NamesCon 2016 in Las Vegas and the live portion of the auction is today: Monday, January 11, 2016 @ 2:00 PM PST!
What You Need to Know
The live auction is not on NameJet as the pre-bidding was. In order to allow in-house bidding and remote online bidding, while keeping bids in sync, a special software is needed to do this and not something NameJet has in place. If you plan on bidding, you must register here.
After registering, you will get an email with a username / password and a link to the bidding page. That link will request your user id and password and will be live with the auction inventory shortly before the auction starts for bidding.
Live Video Stream
ROTD will have a live stream of the in-house auction and it will be directly on the bid page. NamePros.com/live will also carry the stream but you can not bid from that page.

Extended Auction
Any domain sold in the live auction will NOT be in the extended auction. The extended auction will be on NameJet as pre-bidding was and that portion of the auction will close January 21, 2016. Of the full auction inventory (425 domains), 130 were pulled to Live Auction. The remaining 295 are on NameJet now here. If a domain in the live auction does not reach reserve, it will be place back into the extended auction on NameJet.
