Welcome to Domain Movers!
We try our best to keep track of companies around the world and the activity they are doing in regards to domain names. Here is a very small sample of that over the past 24 hours.
Bayer AG has registered the domain name BeyondSmarterBusinesses.com, adding to the 13,000+ other domain names owned by the company.
Goi Media has acquired FeedCoin.com at domain name aftermarket service Sedo for an undisclosed amount.
W3 Group Finland Oy has acquired Finago.com, also at Sedo for $16,284 ($14,000 EUR).
Pivot.co has been acquired by domain buyer service Marksmen for Carrot Sense. The domain was owned by Pivot Creative prior but appeared to be in expired status at the time of ownership change. Carrot Sense also had Marksmen recently acquire Carrot.co, which I mentioned earlier.
BioGenix has acquired its exact match domain name, BioGenix.com at domain name aftermarket service Afternic.com. The domain name has been registered since 2004.
Dogstar Industries, Inc. has acquired ModernDayWarrior.com out of GoDaddy’s NameFind portfolio for an undisclosed amount. To note, almost all of the domains in the portfolio are a minimum of 4 figures and higher.
Emirates has acquired FoodPoint.com. The domain name was owned by Atanium Group of San Jose, California prior and has been registered since 1996 and was using GoDaddy’s domain parking prior. It appears that Emirates Flight Catering is called Food Point. This appears to be a domain name upgrade as the company currently is using FoodPointDubai.com.
Turnberry Development has acquired UptownMiami.com via Afternic from HugeDomains.com. The domain held an offering price of $3,195 at the time of the sale.
Intervet International B.V. (Merck) registered the domain name WhisperCattle.com, adding to the 11,000+ other domain names they currently own.
AT&T Services, Inc. registered several “And More” domains. And-More-Live.com, And-More-Streaming.com, And-TV.com, AndMoreShows.com, AndMoreStreaming.com AtandtAndMore.com and AndStreaming.com
WMP.com has been sold at Sedo for $275,000. The buyers are currently unknown as the domain is still in the early stages of the transaction.
VeriSign, Inc. has acquired YouCouldBe.com from HugeDomains.com. The last offering price I had seen, from 2015 was $2,195
Siemens Healthcare GmbH has taken ownership of MRI.com (mri) from Mentor Graphics Corporation of Wilsonville, OR. Siemens PLM Software acquired Mentor Graphics as announced here. The deal was $4.5 billion and closed in March 2017. Mentor Graphics also owns and uses Mentor.com as its main domain name. MRI.com is now redirecting to https://www.healthcare.siemens.com/magnetic-resonance-imaging
Servicetech LTD of the UK, has allowed MineSite.com to expire. The domain is registered at 123-Reg Limited, which I believe is part of HEG, which is now owned by GoDaddy. So, I would assume if the domain is not renewed, it will make its way to GoDaddy Auctions in about 25 days or so.
Hiber.com has been acquired by Comlaude for a currently unknown client. The domain was part of GoDaddy’s NameFind portfolio.
Marcaria.com, International, Inc. has acquired FuelTransport.com, also out of GoDaddy’s NameFind portfolio. The company currently owns FuelTransport.ca
GoDaddy also sold UltraRare.com ($3,999 BIN), Qwick.com ($4,999 BIN) and FireTanks.com ($1,874 BIN). SupremeSports.com ($5,392 BIN), TicketPricer.com ($2,124 BIN), StarTrip.com, PublicEmployment.com and Gate13.com
