FireSecuritySolutions.com has been acquired by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client at Sedo. The domain was owned by DomainMarket prior.
Hyundai Card Co. LTD acquired Pico.me at Sedo for $3,500. The company is a credit card company under the Hyundai Motor Group that is based in Korea.
PIMMS United Holding B.V. has acquired VirtualBankAccount.com, which has been registered since December 11, 2007.
StyleAssembly.com has been acquired by a currently unknown MarkMonitor client at Afternic, for an undisclosed amount.
UnitedHealth Group Incorporated has acquired TakeChargeAtWork.com which was registered on April 7, 2017 by “Home Of Domains” who is a trademark chaser. Optum, Inc. registered the matching Take Charge At Work trademark on April 4, 2017. In general, “Home Of Domains” lists the domain names for sale for around $1,000 with a buy now.
CheckMyScore.com has been acquired by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client. The domain has been registered since 2004.
Airregi.com has been also acquired by a currently unknown CSC client, currently using generic CSC whois data.
LUX GROUP LIMITED has acquired IndiaEscapes.com which was owned by HugeDomains prior. It appears this domain was acquired in an expired GoDaddy auction around June 2017. The domain held a buy now of $2,395
Hornet.com has been sold at Sedo for $60,000. The buyer is currently unknown with the transaction being early and still in escrow. Great domain!
Microsoft registered GetThatPerfectGift.com adding to the 77,000+ other domain names owned by the company.
GoldCoin.com has been sold and moved into Escrow.com. The 1998 registered domain name was being offered for sale at the time of the transaction.
Stopino S.r.l. has acquired its EMD Stopino.com at Sedo for an undisclosed amount.
PhishMe, Inc. registered several “Cofense” domain names like CofenseSecurity.com, CofensePhish.com and several typos of Cofense.com like Cofenso.com, Cofenze.com, Cofnse.com, Kofense.com and Cofens.com. Cofense.com was registered by JustTheWord.com (domain investor) on October 16, 2017 at eNom. PhishMe filed a Cofense trademark on November 27, 2017.
Matt Serlin has taken ownership of MattSerlin.com. The domain name has transferred to the new domain brand management company he joined, Brandsight.com’s registrar from MarkMonitor, his former employer. Matt was listed in whois prior, but his name was often used in whois records for many MarkMonitor registered domain names, so it is unclear if he had owned the domain or if MarkMonitor did. IdahoPlate.com and F4Images.com also did the transfer at the same time, so that leads me to believe that Matt owned these domains.
Jabil Circuit, Inc. has acquired ClothingPlus.com from its past owners. The domain name is resolving already with the logo displayed as Clothing+ for its “e-textiles”. I like my domain name ConnectedFabric.com better than “e-textiles” but I’m a bit bias on that. I like the brand name but only a little bit. Since the + symbol is not a valid character in a domain name, it creates confusion for the user as if they should type the + sign matching the logo or use the word plus. This is similar with the & sign… P&G, J&J etc.
BRLive.com has been acquired from HugeDomains.com by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client. The domain had an $1,895 buy now at the time of the sale.
Citadel LLC registered AshlerCapital.com adding to the 600 other domain names they currently own.
Buyers of Hornet.com are likely to be HornetApp.com. They bought Hornet.net from Nat Cohen last month
Whoever the buyer is, they got a pretty good deal. Not a “steal” but a nice deal.
