Visible.com has been acquired by Visible Service LLC.
The company had acquired BeVisible.com which I highlighted in January 2018 when the company was forming and launching. The launch is much further along and now they have the best domain name for the company/brand.
This was likely a substantial domain name purchase, but well worth the investment when your brand is Visible, to own Visible.com! The offering is a mobile service through an app that is $40 per month.
Visible.com has been registered since January 11, 1995 and was under whois privacy prior to the transaction taking place but appears to have been owned by Visible Systems Corporation and was in use.
Based on what I wrote in January 2018, this company appears to be connected to Verizon in some fashion. A registrant name of Heera Garia was listed for BeVisible.com, who is a director at Verizon. Other ties included Mario Manniello, and Joseph Greco.
The company also owns the Twitter handle @visible, which I assume they also acquired.
To note, typo covers are important as well, with Visable.com and Visiable.com currently for sale and would be wise purchases but do not appear to have been purchased yet by the company.
Great name. Their logo is rad, I’d use a high transparency for the missing “i” letters, but they got rid of them altogether. Quite edgy.
