Has revealed they were the buyers behind the domain name WayMoreFun.com . The domain was listed for $3,495 from what I can tell.

Interbrand Group

Purchased the domain name mecosystem.com from HugeDomains. The domain was registered 10/14/2013 and was listed for sale for $1,795. From what I can tell, I think the term is related to “Mobile Ecosystem”.

Intellectual Reserve, Inc.

Registered the domain names MeetTheMormans.com and MeetTheMormans.net with the help of BrandShelter.

Intellectual Reserve, Inc is a non-profit corporation based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Founded in 1997, it is wholly owned and operated by the Corporation of the President of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They own about 2,000 domain names.

Apple Inc.

Has used Kilpatrick Townsend to obtain the domain name Appla.com in some fashion (legally or via purchase). Intersting, after Kilpatrick Townsend secured the domain, the PARKED IT. They secured the domain 7/10/2014 on 7/13/2014 they set DNS to apple.com. On 8/11/2014 DNS switched to DomainSponsor ns1.dsredirection.com . The domain remained “parked” from 8/11/2014 until 9/3/2014 at DS and now is back on Apple DNS.

Synapse Group, Inc. (Time Inc.)

Has registered the domain name MyCoffeeRatings.com

A currently unknown MarkMonitor client has went all in on the term Innovator Cloud and registered InnovatorCloud.com plus .net .org .info and the plural version InnovatorsCloud.com .net .org and .info .

Amplify Education, Inc.

Registered the domain name TwistedManor.com

Amplify creates digital K-12 educational products and services that empower teachers, students and parents in innovative ways. Amplify is the education subsidiary of News Corp launched in July 2012.

AOL Inc.

Registered two domain names relating to each other, which included EasyStartByAOL.com and EasyStartFromAOL.com . Disney Enterprises, Inc. owns and forwards the domain name EasyStart.com to movies.disney.com

The Absolut Company AB

Registered the domain name MeetPerfection.com . The domain was owned by HugeDomains but allowed to expire on 2/19/2014.

Service Experts LLC

Registered the domain names TuneupTuesday.com and Tuneup-Tuesday.com .

The Coca-Cola Company

Which registered the domain name TheBuildingOfMemories.com on August 20, 2014 appears to be getting ready to use the domain in some fashion as they have loaded up DNS with Amazon hosting.

Microsoft

Registered several domain names that included MicrosoftKobi.com, MicrosoftOpenness.com and FastRackContoso.com . They also registered the .net domains with each. They also transferred in the domain name ContosoUniversity.com which they also have owned but the domain was registered at GoDaddy and was moved to MarkMonitor.

Bellwether Corporation

Purchased the domain name EverywhereAnywhere.com from BuyDomains. The domain was listed for $1,888 and was the likely sales price.

NVIDIA LTD

Purchased the domain name MadeToGame.com for an undisclosed amount from BuyDomains.com .

Dell Software Group

Has changed ownership records and registrars for the domain name Messaging.org, a domain name that was included in the purchase of Quest Software which dell purchased for $2.36 Billion in 2012.

Infosys Limited

Registered the domain name PlayWithEdge.com

Amazon Technologies, Inc.

Registered the domain names AmazonFireHD7.com and FireHD7.com . They do have a Kindle Fire HDX 7″ tablet but I’m not sure if this is related to that or not.

Unknown | SuperBot Entertainment?

A likely MarkMonitor client has purchased the domain name SuperBot.com . The domain name SuperBot.biz which was owned by SuperBot Entertainment and registered at GoDaddy went to privacy on 7/23/2014 and transferred to MarkMonitor on or about 8/14/2014 according to whois records. This is likely connected in some way.

SuperBot Entertainment was formed in 2009 by Sony but cut ties with the company in February 2013. Many speculated the company had closed but it was revealed in April 2013 that the company was working on new projects.

Registered the domain name AllIndepth.com

Dropbox Inc.

Has acquired the domain name Carousel.net for an undisclosed sum with the help of Marksmen / MarkMonitor. The domain name was listed for sale via BuyDomains and owned by them. Dropbox acquired Carousel.com on or about 2/15/2014 as I earlier reported.

Coinbase, Inc.

Has registered the domain name CoinbaseCorp.com

DreamWorks Animation L.L.C.

Has registered the domain name ExpelledMovie.com . The domain was registered before but expired on 4/5/2012 via GoDaddy.

A large amount of domain names have transferred ownership from Classic Media, LLC to Dreamworks as well, like GetStriped.com, Harvey.com and more.

Bell Media Inc.

Who works with Ford Motor Company, has registered the domain name FordLimitless.com for a likely upcoming ad campaign.

CBS Studios

Registered the domain name KidsHalloweenWear.com

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.

Registered the domain name SeeTheJudge.com

3M Company

Registered the domain name TheOrangeFilter.com

Instagram LLC.

Registered the domain names TestStagram.com and TestStagram.net
