Salesforce.com, Inc. has acquired Trailblazer.com from its past owners, Trailblazer Enterprises according to whois records. Salesforce mainly uses the Trailblazer term to describe its pioneers, innovators of it services. They explain it more here in a blog post.
The domain name has been registered since July 26, 1995 and was long owned by Jon Morgan, who offered ISP support to Antelope Valley for many years. Jon survived a 2006 WIPO filing on the domain name by Trailblazer Learning Inc., which that company lost and was also guilty of reverse domain name hijacking (RDNH).
Salesforce is currently redirecting the domain name Trailblazer.com to: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/en/trailblazers
Salesforce and its CEO and Founder Marc Benioff are passionate about great domain names and Salesforce owns a slew of premium domain name assets: Data.com, IQ.com, Einstein.com, Work.com, Code.com, Social.com, Force.com, Database.com and many, many more.
Congratulations to both buyer and seller on the transaction.
Thanks Jamie,
Another nice discovery.
