Livestep UG has acquired Fullcap.com at domain name aftermarket service Sedo.com for $3,500
AnleyDirect LLC has acquired TekTronic.com also at Sedo for an undisclosed amount.
Bealls, Inc. has acquired HomeCentric.com with the help of CSC Corporate Domains. The domain has been registered since 2003 and was acquired back in July 2017 but using generic CSC data until now. Bealls owns about 125 domain names in total
HP lists yet another domain with DigitalDNA but nothing in the caliber of Gram.com and Keychain.com which I mentioned earlier. Today’s find is Handspring.com.
Big Fish Games, Inc. registered LifeLineUniverse.com adding to the 600+ other domain names the company currently owns.
P&G via The Gillette Company has changed the redirect on BodyWash.com to go to Old Spice and the OldSpice.com’s home page. The domain redirected prior to ConsiderYourselfWarned.com, which then redirected to PG.com.
Pepsico has taken ownership of TheRadicalCompany.com from Xpresa Ideas, S.L.
Abbott has acquired Digene.com from HugeDomains.com which held an offering price of $3,195. The 21 year old domain name appears to have been acquired in an expired GoDaddy auction based on whois history in November 2016. According to NameBio, the domain was purchased for $598 in that expired auction.
Handbag.com which is owned by The National Magazine Company (Hearst Corporation) and was acquired (with website) for $22 million Euro in 2006 is no longer resolving. Name servers just changed, so maybe that is about to change? The website resolved as of August 2016 according to DomainTools screenshot history and appeared to go offline around October 2016. Maybe the new name server change is relating to Handbag.com relaunching? Name servers have been set to Amazon AWS.
Wallmart.com, a domain name that is owned by Walmart but they do noting with it (forward it to Walmart.com at a minimum) is ranked as the 90,900 highest website in the US according to Alexa.com. It is the 412,587 highest ranked website globally. It’s the little things and losing/missing web traffic like this is important in the end. Sometimes you already own something that can help you.
BattleNightVision.com was registered by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client.
Colgate-Palmolive Company registered LumigoWhite.com adding to the 1,300+ other domain names they currently own. New product? Likely.
Coinbase, Inc. registered CoinbasePrime.com and CoinbasePrime.net
Verizon has taken ownership of XO.com, Connect.net and a few other domain names from its purchase of XO Communications which it purchased for $1.8B in early 2017.
International Masters Publishers AB has acquired PixFood.com at Sedo for an undisclosed amount.
SnagAJob, Inc. acquired JustSnag.com adding to the 1,600+ other domain names owned by the company. The domain has been registered since 2015 and was acquired via Afternic.
VKR Holding A/S acquired IndoorGeneration.com from its past owner. The domain was only registered in January 2017 and appears to have been acquired around September, with whois just now showing who the buyers were.
Continental AG acquired TruckOn.com from its past owners. The domain has been registered since 2003 and was acquired back in October, with whois details just now displaying Continental as the buyers.
The Howard Hughes Corporation registered BridgeLander.com adding to the nearly 600 other domain names owned by the company.
Fiskars Brands, Inc. appears to be transferring its portfolio of domain names to CSC Corporate Domains. The companies main domain name Fiskars.com has changed name servers to CSC and is currently in “OK” status, which often indicates the domain is transferring. The domain was registered at Network Solutions prior, so a very wise move!
Unilever Plc registered InspiringYourStyle.com, adding to the 7,200+ other domains owned by the company.
Universal Music Operations Ltd. has acquired TheLongRoad.com from BuyDomains.com for an undisclosed amount.
Always interesting
