I would like to try a little something and highlight some good domain names that are priced and for sale for immediate purchase. My work here will be rewarded by you working directly with me (email me) and or using the link to purchase below. I will be highlighting one domain a day and the reason why I like it.
Dance Teacher
Domain Name: DanceTeacher.com
Domain Purchase Price: US$5,999
Overview: Every town has a dance teacher and the term is well known. When a term is well known, it’s easy to remember and is an important factor in branding. The term is naturally searched on average at Google 4,400 times per month with a $2.05 cost per click average. These searches are considered natural advertising and do not cost you anything. Using the exact match domain increases your chances of ranking well for the search term.
Most dance classes are taught on a local level, yet there is no reason an online coarse can’t be available with instructional videos. This opens the doors from only a “local” customer base to a global customer base!
142 actively registered domain names start with the term “dance teacher” with another 72 that “end with” the term. That is a large amount of actively registered domains with the Dance Teacher term in it, with DanceTeacher.com considered the premium.
Investment: I consider DanceTeacher.com an investment grade domain for a domain investor at the $5,999 purchase price. Clearly for an end user, this is a Great Deal and you should be considered lucky at the current purchase price.

This is great! I started doing the same thing yesterday.
Great idea. Good Luck!
DanceTeacher.com at 6 grand is an investment price? Really? A dance teacher can’t afford the 6 grand price much less a higher price. What do you think the end user price should be?
@Todd
The price may be hard for some to justify but remove the “local” aspect and I think the domain has great potential. It cost a couple hundred bucks for a couple private lessons. Some charge around $40-$150 per hour. I could see an end user pay upwards of $15K for the domain. It can be used in advertising or a stand-a-lone brand itself. I will not only be highlighting “resale” domains, as many will have very fair end user pricing. Is there meat on the bone at $5,999 for an investor? Some will say yes, others will not.
Personally I don’t see how you can remove the local aspect from a domain like this which is why I see the value not as high as you. $5,999 is probably about right for an end user.
