Premium generic domain name Duck.com has transferred domain name registrars and potentially has been acquired by DuckDuckGo from Google Inc.

Google Inc. has owned the premium generic domain name Duck.com since it acquired On2 Technologies in 2010, who owned the domain name prior.

DuckDuckGo, which operates a privacy browser, has said that by Google owning Duck.com, that it confuses its users. This is not something I believe but they have mentioned it:

HP Inc. has acquired the premium domain name Omen.com.

The domain name was owned by Betty Forsberg and The Charles Forsberg Testamentary Trust (Omen Technology Inc.) according to whois records.
