Liver.com has been acquired out of GoDaddy’s NameFind portfolio by HostGator founder Brent Oxley, adding to his impressive domain name portfolio. The sales price is unknown.

McPhersons Media acquired MothersHouse.com also out of the NameFind portfolio for an undisclosed amount.

Albashir Group of Companies has acquired its exact match .com domain name Albashir.com from its past owners at domain name aftermarket service Afternic.com for an undisclosed amount. The company currently uses Albashir.af

Tiburon Holdings, Inc. has acquired CleanIsGreen.com also at Afternic from its past owners for an undisclosed amount.

Picanova GmbH has acquired PhotoClub.com also at Afternic.

Name Administration Inc. sold 19 domains to various buyers, likely all end users. Some of those include, PipeWrench.com which was acquired by Pipe Wrench Plumbing of Knoxville, TN. The company upgraded from PipeWrenchPlumbing.com. The domain held a buy now of $27,300 but the exact sales price is unknown. Oxford Informatics acquired LightScope.com which held a buy now of $31,200. Merisier GmbH acquired its exact match .com domain Merisier.com, which held a buy now of $27,300. DiamondExpress.com was acquired by Diamond Express Transportation, which did a big domain improvement upgrade from DiamondExpTrans.com. The buy now was $37,700. SmartDoors.com, OffRoadVehicles.com, MattressHub.com, and ReplacementKeys.com were a few others sold.

Kidtech startup SuperAwesome has upgraded its domain name from SuperAwesome.tv and acquired its exact match .com domain name SuperAwesome.com from its past owners. Based on whois history records, it appears the company acquired SuperAwesome.com around July 18, 2017 time frame. The company announced a series A round of funding July 17, 2015 of $7M and a recent Series B round on July 24, 2017 of $21M.

Amazon Technologies has acquired WePowerTech.com from its past owners for an undisclosed amount.

Perrigo Company PLC acquires BasicCare.com for new over the counter (OTC) brand that is exclusive on Amazon. The domain was acquired June 1, 2017 from its past owners, WebContents.com, which was reported by DotWeekly on June 2, 2017 but the buyers were not know at the time.

The domain name resolves to a stand alone website, with all the linked pages going directly to Amazon specific pages. Amazon also has a dedicated page for the brand on Amazon.com.

Perrigo already offers the GoodSense brand on Amazon, so I’m not sure what will happen with that one as the BasicCare branded products are lower priced than the GoodSense branded OTC meds that I looked at. To note, Perrigo does own and uses GoodSense.com and also offers its many other brands via FactoryOTC.com.

BasicCare.com sold for a mere $4,200 on Sedo.

Inspection.com has been sold by Buckley Media Group’s founder, Kate Buckley for $335,000. Asia Inspection were the buyers, so they are doing a BIG domain upgrade from AsiaInspection.com to simply Inspection.com. The company offers quality assurance, which it just did with its domain name!
