GoDaddy.com by far has the largest inventory of domain names of any domain registrar. Some of these domains expire and go to “expired auction” but for some reason, the inventory of expired auctions sucks at GoDaddy compared to other services, like NameJet.

GoDaddy Auctions lacks expired inventory for generic one word domains that are valuable! VCVC.com’s, NNNN’s, LLL’s and simply general nice two word domains when you compare the inventory to NameJet.

Sometime last week I was researching a domain name and according to DomainTools whois, the domain was listed for sale via “source 6” which in turn is GoDaddy. I stopped in at Bob’s old home to see what the domain was listed for and see the action.  The following is what was displayed:

I have always been a big fan of GoDaddy Auctions, because it never gets the attention of the expired auction services like NameJet and SnapNames.  This is often due to “quality” but everybody has a budget for investing or buying domains and GoDaddy Auctions seems to fit my budget better.
