The following is data gathered in relation to companies around the world and domain names they are acquiring for vast reasons.

RetailX.com has been acquired by a currently unknown MarkMonitor client at domain name aftermarket service Afternic for an undisclosed amount.

PTSHealth.com has been acquired by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client. The transaction took place at Sedo and sold for $2,788 with the sellers being BuyDomains.

Gallaghers.com has been sold by Name Administration Inc. The domain name held a buy now of $75,400 but the exact sales price is unknown.

Equifax Inc. has acquired CreditAlerts.com from Magnet Media. The domain name was under whois privacy at GoDaddy and transferred into Markmonitor displaying Equifax. The transaction likely took place about January 26, 2018.

GamePass.com has transferred from GoDaddy under privacy to MarkMonitor using generic whois data. It is not clear if the domain name changed ownership but it like has. One potential buyer would be Microsoft, as there is a Xbox Game Pass. The NFL is another potential, as they offer a “Game Pass” to watch NFL games online.

Twitch Interactive, Inc. has taken ownership of MyEG.net, which was the domain name owned by Evil Geniuses, a professional gaming team. In 2016 it was announced that Twitch divested Evil Geniuses and Alliance. It is currently unknown why Twitch has taken ownership back, at least of one of its domains.

Apollo Endosurgery US, Inc. has taken ownership of Overstitch.com. The domain name was under whois privacy at GoDaddy after transferring in from 1&1. The domain then transferred to MarkMonitor.

BooDo.com has been acquired by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client. The domain name was listed for sale on BrandBucket and held an offering price of $5,855. To note, Badoo.stream was then registered on April 27, 2018 which may indicate that Boodo is a potential streaming service?

ESO.com which was owned by Microsoft and registered at CSC Corporate Domains, has transferred to GoDaddy under whois privacy and change name servers to CloudFlare. The domain had been used for the game Age Of Empires by Ensemble Studios Online as a community forum/support page. The domain is not resolving currently but it appears the domain may have changed ownership. Microsoft acquired Ensemble Studios in 2001 and operated it until 2009.

Bison.com has moved into Escrow via Escrow.com. The domain name had been owned by Telepathy, Inc. prior and is displaying a Coming Soon Page. Update: I did reaching out to Telepathy prior to publishing but did not hear back right away, prior to publishing. Upon confirmation, the domain name was licensed (lease to own), not sold. The licensee is unknown currently, so I will keep an eye on that.

“SpotLyte” is a term being registered in a fairly large amount at MarkMonitor by an unknown client. It would appear that they currently do not own Spotlyte.com.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has acquired SoundSeeker.com with the help of CSC Corporate Domains at domain name aftermarket service Sedo for $2,940. I had reported this domain in January 2018 but Royal Caribbean was just revealed via whois as the buyers.
