Overstock.com, Inc. has acquired ClubO.com from its past owners for an undisclosed amount. The domain has been registered since September 2001 and joins about 500 other domains owned by Overstock.
Goodsey.com has been acquired by 1-800-Flowers.com. It appears the domain only held a buy now of $590 by its past owner, who registered the domain name on August 31, 2017. CSC then registered the .net and .org domains after acquiring the .com about April 12, 2018.
Jaguars.com which is owned by the NFL, changed web hosts and moved from Rackspace to Akamai Technologies.
ZNKO Construction Inc. of New York has acquired its best domain name, ZNKO.com at domain name aftermarket service Sedo for an undisclosed amount.
Marksmen assisted PT Holdings, Inc. acquire BrightShop.com from its past owners. The domain had been registered since November 2001.
Sevin.com has been acquired by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client. The domain name was owned by Name Administration Inc. prior and held a buy now price of $84,500 but the exact sales price is unknown.
CrownPerth.com has been acquired from its past owners by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client.
ForSaleByOwner.com & SaleByOwner.com, which have both been owned by Tribune Publishing Company, LLC (Tronc) have transferred out of brand protection registrar MarkMonitor to GoDaddy.com under whois privacy. ForSaleByOwner.com is a developed website and SaleByOwner.com redirects to ForSaleByOwner.com. Tribune acquired the website in 2006 for an undisclosed amount. Did it sell is the question? Name servers did change at the time of the transfer, from TribPub.com to Amazon AWS and it’s on a dedicated server. SaleByOwner.com also changed name servers but houses 3 domains total: ByOwnerSales.com, iGotThisSale.com and SaleByOwner.com. All those domains transferred and are under whois privacy. It’s currently unknown but to note, the company does house over 300 domain names at GoDaddy and around 700 at MarkMonitor that are not under whois privacy.
DeRay.com has been acquired by a DeRay Mckesson from its past owners according to whois records. The domain held a $10,000 buy now at Afternic according to DomainTools screenshot history in 2017. The transaction was handled via Afternic Escrow.
Picnic.com has been sold by NameExperts.com who was brokering the domain name for a client. The domain moved to whois privacy at Network Solutions, so the buyers are unknown at this time. Joe Uddeme reported the sale on his LinkedIn page but did not provide any information with the sale.
Capital One has listed the premium generic domain name Bundle.com for sale through brand protection service MarkMonitor. You can visit the domain if you are interested or via Afternic as well with a $50K minimum offer amount.
CVS Pharmacy, Inc. has acquired BeautyUnfiltered.com from its past owners, Fresh Beauty Studio for an undisclosed amount.
Leitner S.p.a. has acquired Leitner.com out of Tucows Mailbank surname domain name portfolio for an undisclosed amount.
Ascential Group acquired LoveTheWork.com out of GoDaddy’s NameFind domain name investment portfolio for an undisclosed amount. If I had to guess, I’d say $4,800
Marksmen assisted two unknown clients acquire the domain names Rakaten.com and WhatIsShingles.com from there past owners.
Dotwhat ApS has acquired Snooper.com from its past owners, with the transaction taking place at Afternic.com for an undisclosed amount.
The Brass Armadillo Antique Mall has acquired AntiqueMall.com from Name Administration Inc. The domain name held a buy now of $89,700 at the time of the transaction but the exact sales price is unknown. The company currently uses BrassArmadillo.com as its main domain name.
Enerdrive.com has been acquired by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client. Whois is generic but name servers have been set to Toyota, so they are the likely buyers. Toyota filed a trademark for Enerdrive in early 2018, so this further backs up that the buyers are Toyota. The domain name has been registered since 2004.
Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A. registered the domain name DrinkJumpstart.com adding to the 2,600 other domain names owned by the company.
