E la Carte acquired Presto.com for $150,000 from Presto Services Inc. mail service that shut down after 10 years in business. E la Carte then rebranded as Presto? which offers the PrestoPrime EMV Terminal in restaurants. Interestingly, Presto Mail Services had $10M in funding according to Crunchbase, as does E la Carte. In the end, the Presto.com domain name was a valuable asset for the mail service. It appears the transaction took place about February 1 to February 8, 2018 according to whois records. The domains sale price was announced by Uniregistry via DnJournal.com.
