Here are the latest movers:

Susen.com has been acquired for $36,000 by a Collin Chu with the company name Susen. There is potential that Susen.ca were the buyers, which offer hand bags under the Susen brand name. The transaction took place at Sedo.

MotorOil.com sold for $8,877 via GoDaddy and Vents.com also sold at GoDaddy for $5,500. Both appear to have been expired domain auctions.

Liberty Mutual Insurance Company registered the domain AgentForTheFuture.com adding to the 4,889 other domain names they own.

Disney registered 135 new domains in one day. Many relate to resort names and Disney Vacation Club + geo location. Some examples of the registrations include: DisneyAulaniResort.com, AulaniResortVillas.com, CopperCreekResort.com, DisneyCopperCreekResort.com, DisneyFilesMagazine.com and DisneyPolynesian.com. The Disney Vacation domains are like the following: DisneyVacationClubBoulderRidge.com . They registered the .com/.net for the majority.

Covers.com has changed ownership from Covers Media Group LTD. to Tribune Media Company. Tribune’s Gracenote acquired SportsDirect and was part of the $54 million dollar deal in 2015.

Heineken International B.V. has acquired WhyAddMore.com. The domain was registered in June 2016 and was under whois privacy at eNom and has since transferred into CSC Corporate Domains.

Unilever Plc registered MessIsGood.com adding to the 7,921 other domain names they own.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association has acquired YouInvest.com out of GoDaddy’s NameFind portfolio. JP Morgan owns about 7,100 domain names in total.

Guthy-Renker LLC has acquired LoveYourAge.com from its past owner at domain name aftermarket service Sedo.

Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. has acquired DriveAuto.com via domain name aftermarket Sedo. The website is live.

Scout.com has been acquired by CBS Sports Digital. The domain name was owned by Scout Media, who filed for bankruptcy and CBS acquired its assets for $9.5 million, with the domain being one of those assets.

Overstock.com, Inc. has acquired Obit.com from its past owner. The domain held a minimum offer amount of $100,000 but the sales price is currently unknown. The seller owns some other great domain names to note.

92.com appears to have changed ownership within the Chinese market according to whois records.

JDM.com appears to have sold. The domain appears to have been for sale and registered with Eurodns S.A and has since transferred into CSC Corporate Domains. Interesting to note, JDM.com forwards to: rgporjinslfjeojnfarirgnawppwamfoejfnavopejwiejncfpoekfen.com which is a domain name that has never been registered before and I’m not sure why it would do that.

WDINCO has sold the domain name VRVR.com for $40,000 via NameJet. Roland Chemtob is connected to WDINCO and owns many great domain names.

  1. Obit.com may be a bitcoin play for Overstock. I doubt it has to do with obituaries, unless they are launching a e-commerce site for caskets and memorials.

  2. VRVR.com is very nice sale. Interesting how double Virtual Reality will be worth in 2 years.
