Domain Movers: Lightning.com, Crumb.com + More

Welcome to another round of Domain Movers where DotWeekly focuses on corporate domain name transactions and reports them to you! These are always early findings, so the whole picture is not always painted or fully displayed.

Here we go with the latest movers over the past 24 hours:

LetsDoThis.com which was owned by General Motors LLC has transferred out of CSC Corporate Domains to domain registrar GANDI SAS and also displays a new registrant, SBAR Endurance Ltd. and the website displaying:

It is not clear if SBAR is working with GM or what they even really offer. The company was founded in March 2016 in the UK but not much else is known.

Lott Enterprises Pty Ltd / Tatts Group of Australia has acquired the domain name Joyment.com at Sedo for $2,700. They are a public company in the gaming, wagering and lottery space.

Toys R Us has changed hosting providers for ToysRUs.com to Akamai. They were on ATT hosting prior, which is not a common provider for large companies / sites.

Nelo.com has been acquired by a currently unknown SafeNames client. The domain was registered at GoDaddy prior.

GiftSolutions.com has been acquired by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client. The domain was part of the GoDaddy NameFind portfolio.

Beachbody, LLC appears to be getting ready to do something with NightShift.com, a domain name they acquired in 2014.

US Expediters, Inc., owners of CPAP.com (Sleep Apnea medical device) have acquired DollarCpapClub.com on Sedo for $8,000. The company owns about 60 domains and most of them contain CPAP.

Crumb.com appears to have been sold did not sell by Media Options as the domain name has moved into privacy protection at eNom. Andrew is traveling as he was at NamesCon but I did reach out for confirmation that the domain sold but have not heard back yet.

Andrew stated the domain name has not been sold. I was leaning on, Media Options sells domains and with the movement to privacy, it sold but I was wrong. Great domain, so somebody SHOULD buy it!

Muscari Holding Limited has acquired NextRX.com via domain name aftermarket service Afternic. The domain had an offering price of $5,175.

Anything.com, Ltd has sold the domain name LMX.com into the Chinese market. This is one of many that the company has sold.

PartnersPro.com has been acquired by a currently unknown CSC Corporate Domains client. The domain was owned by BuyDomains.

Lightning.com is now owned by Salesforce.com. Whois records have shown a Bruce Davies for several years and then just the registrant email address changed. The domain has now transferred into MarkMonitor. In August 2015, Salesforce announced “Salesforce Lightning” and they may have acquired the domain name for this.

Printful Inc. (formally Idea Bits) has done a $100,000 domain name upgrade from ThePrintful.com to EMD Printful.com as reported by TNTNames.com.

  1. You think the printful.com deal is legit, I looked at the previous owners portfolio, something seems off

    1. @Ron,
The wording in the PR makes me question it a bit but no way to really “prove it”. An Escrow statement would help prove it for an example but really hard to say.
