G4 Media, LLC allowed TheSite.com to expire and the domain was removed from the registry and was then grabbed by eNom and auctioned.

HappyBellyFood.com has been acquired by a currently unknown MarkMonitor client. The domain has been registered since 2009. Bighorn Consultants helped acquire the domain name on behalf of the MarkMonitor client.

CBS Studios Inc. has registered the domain name ScrollDaily.com

The Coca Cola Company is starting to set a small trend after recently acquiring Fruitizers.com and has now acquired Peartizer.com. A DotWeekly reader registered Fruitizer.com, a mistake on Coca Cola’s part for not registering it before or during the acquisition process of the plural.

Bionome.com has very likely been acquired by GR Match, LLC (Guthy Renker) at Sedo. They also registered a slew of Bionome and Bionom domain names relating to “skin”, “treatment” and “therapy”. Several “Theraworks” domains were also created containing the Bionome name and treatment, therapy etc.

Ally Bank, after acquiring ClearLane.com as mentioned the other day via DotWeekly, has now registered a bunch of relating domains like ClearlaneLending.com, ClearlaneRefinancing.com, ClearlaneDirect.com, ClearlaneAuto.com etc. To note, Ally is not listed in whois, but Ally was added to the NS of ClearLane.com briefly but has now changed to hide that!

Heineken International B.V. registered the domain names DropTheC.com and .org

The Procter & Gamble Company registered the domain name TideOnDemand.com adding to its over 8,000 domain name portfolio.

About, Inc. has acquired TheSpruce.com via Afternic from HugeDomains. The domain had a listing price of $2,495

Walmart has acquired LeadingWomen.com, a domain name that has been registered since 2003. Walmart now owns over 7,000 domain names.

Marksmen has helped a currently unknown client acquire Sound-Bites.com from BuyDomains. The domain had a $4,488 listing price but sold for $3,366.

Airfair.com has moved into escrow via Escrow.com. This domain name was once purchased by HotKeys but was recently under privacy at Uniregistry.

Evus.us has sold for $13,000 via Sedo. That is the 4th highest .us domain name sale in the NameBio database for 2016. Only Cash, Wallet and Gaming .us domains have sold for more, with Cash.us selling for $20,100 as the highest.
