T.C. Pharmaceutical Industries Co.,Ltd. paid $133,000 for the premium 3 letter domain name TCP.com. The seller acquired the domain name in 2011 for $18,500 to go along with TCP.org and TCP.us he already owned and DomainGang.com spoke with the buyer at that time.

Exact Holding N.V. has acquired Exact.org using Escrow.com for an undisclosed amount.

Bus.com appears to have been sold. The domain was owned by Dale Roethlisberger and around August 22, 2016 the domain name transferred to Uniregistry under privacy and started using DnSimple.com name servers. The domain now has what appears to be a lead capture on it and was likely purchased by a domain investor. Thanks to James Booth for bringing the domain to my attention.

Facebook Inc. has acquired the domain name Building8.com from HugeDomains. The domain had an offering price of $2,795. Facebook’s domain name portfolio continues to grow and is around 3,265 domain names. Here is more info about Building 8 which builds new hardware products.

Microsoft Corporation acquired 2 domain names and those were 3DForEveryone.com and ILove3D.com. They also registered XboxBeam.com and XboxBeamCast.com

NNE.com  has been acquired by NNE Pharmaplan with the help of Marksmen Inc. This sale could easily reflect the sales price of TCP.com mentioned above.

Hubspot Inc. has acquired the domain name GrowthStack.com. The domain was registered in 2013 after it expired at GoDaddy. The transaction was handled at Escrow.com for an undisclosed amount.

Square Inc. registered the domain name ForEveryDream.com, adding to the 930 domain names they own.

TaxEdge.com has been acquired by a currently unknown MarkMonitor client. The domain was acquired on Dec 27, 2016 and had a buy now price of $4,000. TaxEdge.net was also acquired and was owned by the same owner as the .com. Both domains have been registered since 2002.

New Balance Athletics, Inc. acquires RunIQ.com domain name prior to launching its 1st wearable product RunIQ at CES. Based on what I can tell, it appears New Balance acquired a company called Wattrunner (rebranded as VIM) which owned RunIQ.com and the product. RunWithVim.com was also used by the company and now redirects to NewBalance.com/runiq/ to back this up. I didn’t see any press about this but that is what I see.

Anheuser-Busch, LLC registered the domain name BrewBox360.com adding to its domain name portfolio of 1,881 domain names.

Joyment.com has been acquired by a currently unknown NetNames client at Sedo.

Topic.com may have been sold by Topic. Werbeagentur GmbH. to an unknown buyer. They have long owned the domain name and use Topic.de but the domain names whois information changed to MarksMen Inc. on November 15, 2016 and now has gone under whois privacy at GoDaddy. Topic.com still redirects to Topic.de but I suspect that the domain name has been sold.

Hearst Communications, Inc. has taken ownership of Glo.com from Whalerock Industries. There was a lifestyle website on the domain but now it doesn’t resolve. Glo was part of the Mom.me network
